Who would/did you chose to weild the Scepter of Fire and why?

As I am playing Konrad, he can not be traitor... don't know about Li'Sar.

Konrad is asking for the throne, and so, he should weild the scepter

I would definately let Konrad have it. Li'sar doesn't need such a trivial thing.

Li'sar on a general principle, since Konrad already has a ranged attack.
