Noob Multiplayer question

Hi
I am looking for a turned based strategy game where I can have a 4 player match against my brothers that live in other countries. Is Wesnoth capable of doing this? I'm not sure because it looks like the multiplayer might possibly be a MMO but if it is possible to have a 4 player match over the internet with Wesnoth that would be great.

Also I would love any suggestions for other decent turned based strategy games you know of where you can have a 4 player match over the internet
