korean support suddenly dropped?

Post by kybin »

i play wesnoth in steam in my linux computer.
it originally have supported korean, but it seems it was dropped. languages section does not have korean.
is it intentional because it's only partially translated?

Translations that are less than 80% complete are hidden by default. If you run wesnoth --all-translations from a terminal (shell) then Korean should be available in the languages menu to be selected. You only need to do this once, afterwards wesnoth will be in Korean even when started normally.

This is the procedure for regular linux, anyway. I don't use steam, but if you hang on someone should describe any differences that there may be.

For Steam it’s just a matter of right clicking on Wesnoth in your library, choosing Properties, then in General choosing Set Launch Options and adding --all-translations in the textbox provided.
