Hello,
I am 16 years old and making a simple game. And I would like your character arts.
The game is too simple and havent a commerical purpose so ı hope let to me. Can ı do this? İs this legal?

It seems like nobody wants to give you legal advice. I don't either, but as far as I understand, you can use the art without a problem. A lot of other projects have used BfW art in the past.

You’d only need to provide proper attribution to the project and/or its artists, as well as abide by the terms of the GNU General Public License version 2 (or, at your option, any later version) for the art in question (not necessarily the whole game).

The Wesnoth logo and the name “Wesnoth” are exceptions to the rule as far as I know — for those you’d have to ask Dave for express permission.

All of the above applies regardless of whether it is for commercial purposes or not.
