Orcish Assassin Terrain MPs
It is my understanding that all (default) orcs easily navigate through hills with 1mp required to cross this terrain. However this rule doesn't seem to be applied to the Orcish Assassin who uses 2mps to cross hill terrain.
I believe this should be changed. That is unless there is a reasonable point for the unit to be different from the rest of his faction brothers.

It's that way because of multiplayer balance, and thus would be extremely difficult to change.

We talked about it a bit here, and long ago here. It sounded like no one is fiercely opposed to the idea, but it would be a serious pain to get enough support/testing from the multiplayer community to actually make a change. No one who pulls enough weight to try thinks it's important enough to go through the huge hassle.
The last few months have been nothing but one big, painful reminder that TIMTLTW.
