Which faction is easiest to master?

Every faction has its own unique way/ways to play so I think there's no 'easiest' faction...
But hey, I would choose Rebels instead of Drakes for example. The reason is obvious:
It's because in the tutorial there are Rebels and in many campaigns you play with Rebels - so you get to know which unit is suitable for different kinds of situations. So I vote for Rebels, as the 'system' itself offers so many opportunities to learn the basics of the elf society
- You hardly even see Drakes on mainline campaigns..
