Here is a private community, Wesnoth Forums, that are open for all counties and all ages.
Pentarctagon is a moderator of the Wesnoth Forums, and Elvish_Hunter is a Wesnoth developer.
Whatever the topics are, it doesn’t matter their nationalities and races for moderating actions here.
