Balancing formulae! Now that's interesting, care to share?

We'll check it in shortly. We're trialling an approach with Wesnoth where we prove code correct without testing or even compiling it -- rather by proving it correct.

Several developers are working in parallel to prove these new formulas correct and then they shall be ready for committing.

I added the current progress of discussions we had at FOSDEM to the FOSDEM2011 wiki page. For those that were not around, you can now get an idea what we actually talked about. Stuff not listed there includes the live how of "creating artwork" as well as the replay commentary by Dragonking (since with those two there was not much to discuss for us, we could just enjoy it).
