Noy = Joy with a no (Mod complaint)

Around 2 months or so ago, I was being an ass in the lobby. Noy was there, he told me to take it to a room, I insulted him and kept talking, and I got banned for a while.... I probably deserved that one. Anyway, from then on I played on the alternate server with one of my friends from wesnoth. Around 6 weeks later, for no appearant reason, I decided to try to get back into wesnoth. Hey! I could! So, I went back to enjoying the game and the community that enjoys it too. A week or so after that I met up with an old friend. After he was done playing in his game, he came into the lobby and we started talking. He was kind of spamming things he shouldn't be, so I made a remark that one of my friends was a Mod (which he wasn't) and he should tone it down a little. We continued our chat, then my friend who I'd told my other friend was a mod appeared and i remarked to the "Fake Mod" that my friend thought he was a mod, and he should have fun with it. He said back "Want me to get on my abuse?" or something of that sort. Then server joined in the chat, and I figured it was my friend on another wesnoth client, so after chatting with server a bit (Cause for some reason he was warning my fake mod friend for talking, which he really hadn't been) Noy popped up, told me he didn't know why I was unbanned, that I was acting like a teenager, and that I was going to get banned. I said oh well and just sat there waiting for it. After that, I went back to server 2 and sat in there a while. Noy popped in there, I said Hi, he disappeared, next thing I know I can't get into server 2 but my friend can. Something was a bit wrong there.... So I went to server 3, played with my friend, some of my other friends from wesnoth started showing up. We made a group of about 8 people who played games together there. Had tons of fun. One night I just suddenly got banned from the third server. Yes I was talking in the lobby to my friend, but no one else was there so it shouldn't really matter.

Noy favors the "better" wesnoth players, and just watches in the lobby while they talk, But for people like me who suck and noy really doesn't like for my personality....Yeah.

People have even taken flack because they knew me before I was banned.

I also don't see why I can't get simply muted when I go into the lobby and start talking too much.

I don't especially care that I got banned from the official server, I'd just rather be able to play wesnoth with my friends, Even if it's away from the main community.

By the way, Yes I read the rules, and this is what it had to say about that last ban.

I suppose, Though he had only been in there for like 5 minutes. And it wasn't "Noy" It was "Insipid" Or something of the like.


Again, though, I point to the exception rule.

Ya, server 3 is empty all the time. and when Noy does get his ban on, He gets his ban on. and I was there when caboose got banned the the last time from the official server, and yes, he was talking, but so were about 3 other people, and without even a warning caboose was gone. and like caboose said, is banning him from the 3rd server necessary? There is NOONE on it. Like when I went on it, there was one game and that was caboose and friends, so banning him is purely out of hate.
