How to make screen stop focusing on combat?

It is annoying to be planning out the next few moves with the screen jumping to anyplace that has movement or combat.

Is there a setting to change this?

I found it annoying as well, at the start menu select "preferences" then go to "display" and uncheck the X on "Enable Scroll Tracking of unit actions"
