Cooperative campaign list

Hi, I'm sure this has been asked many times before, but I haven't been able to find it after much searching. I have found the user created campaign list, but there is no cooperative play marked. So, does anyone know of a post, or have a list, or even just a couple suggestions handy for cooperative campaigns for BfW? High quality, time-tested ones would be best, of course. Thanks!

Click on the left column header "Type", then scroll down to the "MP Campaign" section. You can do the same thing from in game (makes for easier downloading).

Also there are a few good MP coop single scenarios, too. You will see me hosting my own daily too. :p
