As far as a testing matrix goes, would you rather that I stay at version 3.0.1 on my 1st gen iPhone or should I go ahead and upgrade to 3.1 of the OS?

Excellent! I look forward to giving the beta a spin and helping catch bugs.

Unfortunately, my work expressly disallows me to participate in iPhone development, so I'd best not apply to become a beta tester. You'll all have to let me know how it is!

If you were planning to upgrade anyways, I think it would be better to upgrade now. I heard that 3.1 causes some games to crash... Thanks for thinking about that!

Yeah, Kyle, could you confirm either here or in private emails who you have received data from? I just don't want to miss the boat because that other app screwed up. :hmm:

I have something like 60 ids collected, so if you want to confirm then let me know the first part of you email address before the @, or your real name, or your device id to check, or something else to go by :P

:hmm: Has the beta test even started yet? It seems a bit premature to be asking Kyle "am I on the list?" if he hasn't sent out an email / put up a download yet.

Ok, jem.cox is the first part of my email.

@Sangel: It hasn't started yet. I was just looking for confirmation that my deviceid got through successfully.

@Kyle: Is the beta release imminent or are you just lining things up? In other words, can I stop hammering on my refresh button waiting for an email about the beta? I think I'm wearing off my fingerprint.
