Re: The Great King
I realise this is likely a bit of a noob question, but how would I go about watching the replays?
The wiki directs me to an apparently nonexistent folder "userdata", which is removed from 1.6 (it exists in 1.5 versions though) so I've no idea how to move the file into my save directory.

Re: The Great King
You have to put it in your save folder in the wesnoth1.6 directory.
This directory vary with the OS : ~/.wesnoth1.6/ for linux (at least Ubuntu) but I don't know for the others so you will need to precise us your OS or make a search in your directories to find the save directory (you can search the name of one of your save game for instance)

Re: The Great King
On some OS, if you have not downloaded any add-ons it might not show up yet.

Re: The Great King
I'm using winXP but have several addons downloaded working fine and dandy (Imp era and some campaigns). If anyone has any insights, I'd love to hear 'em - otherwise I'll trawl through the hard drive later.

Re: The Great King
Have you checked in 'My documents' ? depending on which option have you chosen during installation userdata is either there or in wesnoth main folder.
Somewhere, between the sacred silence and sleep.

Re: The Great King
Aha. It turned out to be in "My Documents/My Games/Wesnoth1.6", where I've found the saves folder and will watch the replay shortly.
Thanks for the help, guys.
