1707: And you're still posting in it

1708: You play MP, and forget things like saurian pierce resistance, firststrike on clashers, because the changes are too new

1709: You play mp, and are confused when rebels can't recruit horsemen.

1710: You just woke up from the most terrible nightmare you've ever had; Banned from these forums.

Apparently due to my skimming I missed a soft lock several posts back :augh: I was part of a mass ban.
This isn't to say I'm addicted to these forums. This is the most terrible nightmare simple because I don't get nightmares often.

And your first thought is "NOT ENOUGH TIME FOR WESNOTH?!?" Then you start to think "Wait... If he didnt have any time, how come he was able to post that message..."

1711: You miss a Thief with 12 attacks in a row and don't find that odd anymore.

If the thief is on 70%, theres a whole 1,4% of that happening, its nothing unrealistic.

1714. When you're doing a project for Social Studies about mythology and legends around the world and you write stuff like “Elvish Archers can pwn Orcish Grunts in about 3 turns" and "Ancient Liches are the cheapest units ever, and they could kill an Asian lung in less than two seconds."
1715. When writing about natural resources, you keep talking about magical resources that mages use to power their spells with.
1716. You wonder what type of damage a kite is when playing RuneScape.
1717. You file a complaint to everything in the entire world(including presidents, mayors, governors, kings, queens, citizens, babies, pets, plants, eagles, rocks, bunnies, grass, falcons, the Eiffel Tower, the Moon, the number 89, the Milky Way, the period at the end of a sentence, etc, etc)about how Wesnoth should be included in the Olympics and you file another complaint to the presidents of every country in North America about how North America should be renamed Wesnoth, Hawaii should be renamed the Green Isles, Mount Everest should be Gryphon Mountain, Galveston should be Carcyn, and so on.

1718 When you know you have posted on this topic and try finding it again after 20 pages have been posted.
1719 When you find it again.
1720 When randomly in the middle of you day, everything stops and you see "End Turn".
1721 When you go into a store and identify what traits other people appear to have.
1722 When you categorize by their apparent traits
Mix Era Of Magic, Era of Myths, and Extended Era and you get all my favorite teams on one group! and ULTIMATE POWER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also in the programming industry... later.

Picture this:

A fencer with 2 kills to lvl is standing on a hill at night on red HP. Two enemy grunts (on yellowish/reddish HP) suicide on it while missing all of their attacks. The fencer levels into a duelist.

Many turns later at night, some saurian skirmishers attack the same duelist (almost lvled, again on red HP) and miss all attacks. You receive a Master-at-Arms.

This really happened.

Lesson: You've been playing Wesnoth too long when luck is in your favour.

You've been playing Wesnoth too long when...

1723: ...this thread only had 18 pages when you joined the forums.
1724: ...you have a post on page 27. This is more impressive... by far.
1725: ...this thread has so many posts that both of those numbers seem low!
