Mac Compile Stuff updated

I updated the Mac Compile Stuff today to include newer dependencies and header files. (This has been long overdue, and I apologize for the lengthy delay.)

As always, if you are looking to build Wesnoth on the Mac, you will need to download this from SourceForge in addition to downloading or checking out the source code.

I have also left out the dmgCanvas tool which it no longer used; it was previously used to generate the dmg files. (When I create the package these days, I build it from a blank image, set the background and then copy the files.)
