Another display bug in 20031230 snapshot for Windows

I play in windowed mode, and wanted to have a look at the new arms button taht appear in the combat phase, but I had a small display bug as you can see below:

The problem don't come from the popup window which display the list of the possible arms, but when this window disappear, the right side of the main screen can have small refresh problem.
