Small bug report? Terrain transitions

I am not sure if this is actually a bug or not, but I find that in this version the transition between lava chasm/lava and mountains does not seem to be working properly.

..and there are some more. The new water tiles have some, to empty hexes and/or "void".

The off-map<->water transition should now finally be fixed. I'm not yet sure how to fix the chasm<->mountains problem properly, as it was caused by a fix to another issue (#1574).
