Very long animations cause the game to crash (1.13.14)
This is probably very UMC specific, but is related to the way the game handles animation so I decided to report it anyway.
Playing very long animations (400+ frames) leads to the following error:
The game crashes right after that or it is still running but cannot read the rest of images an animation is composed of, throwing
As far as I know, the error was observed on machines running Windows 10, BfW version: 1.13.14
I am fully aware almost no one would use huge animations like these, so this may not be relevant to the core Wesnoth. Nevertheless I created a small test add-on for those who are interested.

Re: Very long animations cause the game to crash
Please file an Issue on Github. Be sure to include the version of Wesnoth you're using. Also, be aware that if the issue is with Wesnoth 1.12 it will be marked Wont Fix and closed; to avoid that, be sure you can duplicate the issue with a recent build, such as 1.13.14 or 1.15+dev
I forked real life and now I'm getting merge conflicts.

Nobody outside the dev team should be testing things on 1.15 at the moment

The problem occurs on 1.13.14 and as far as I know it is also present on 1.12.
