Hi, I'm using Wesnoth 1.12.5 on Windows 10 and I just encountered an interesting bug which led to OOS errors. I asked an observer if they could take a vacant side after a player left, but before they could answer I made a move. Then I assigned the side while dialog appeared on screen which said something like
I've never seen this before. Incidentally, that dialog was much more convenient than other in-game dialogs, until I disconnected. I rejoined and the host tried to assign control while I was in replay, during ai turn, which led to OOS.

I'm tired.

From what I have noticed, any control change that is done while some action is being executed, has high chance to give oos.
