Graphic Error in Wesnoth 1.10.3

Hi, i just downloaded the game and installed it with no problems.
I start playing and i notice the graphics are bugged. Its like the screen its not being refreseh properly.
I leave a screen capture here.

Computer Specs:
Windows 7 64 bit
Core i7 920
6 gb ram ddr3
2x Gforce 560 GTX ti SLI

the directx drivers are up to date and the dxdiags show no system problems.

You should also provide the devs with your stderr file, so they'll be able to see what's the error. You can find instructions how to find it here.
Aside from that, I had this problem ages ago, and IIRC this is due to a corrupted installer/botched installation. You can try re-downloading the installer and re-installing BfW.

I was able to find the txt files but they were empty. So im going to dowload the game from another mirror and install it again.
Will bring more news.

Downloaded the game again, reinstalled and the same problem occurs.
I found the txt. They are empty... will upload them now.

It looks to me like one or more terrain graphics files (or at least the grassland and dirt files) are missing or somehow can’t be loaded. What happens if you install to a different location?

The same thing happened... when i redownloaded the installer i tried a different drive. Still showing the same error. How could i check the terrains files?

You could check whether there are folders named ‘flat’ and ‘grass’ under data\core\images\terrain in the data directory, and whether they have some key files, in particular green.png under ‘grass’.

I had this error too! Tutorial, campains or Mp games. No add-on installed. Terrain png files still there where they suppose to be.

Win Xp 64 bit.
Graphic intel g840
Ram 4gb.
Wesnoth newest stabe v 1.10.3

There isnt have a stderr or anykind of log files. Install and reinstall still has this graphic error.

I never faced a problem like this in Mac OS X before. Is this only appearing in Windows?

Have you tried putting your 64 bits to 32 bits of color quality (Through your windows settings)?

I tried to run game in 256 colors. Same thing.

Follow me
-press right mouse button at desktop and chose properties;
-press settings (at properties);
-there you could see ''color quality (64 bit)'';
-change it to 32 bit and apply your changes.
This could maybe resolve your problem but i am not sure because i have Win xp and 32 bit of color quality.
Note: start wesnoth.exe full colored (not 256 colors)

1) there is no properties option in context menu in windows7
2) i have found color depth in nvidia panel. it's 32 bit, maximum for my notebook

Here is better idea:
change your display options at preferences inner wesnoth.
There you can see ''show haloing effect'', ''animate map'' and other options(change them and then test your changes).
