Problems instaling the wesnoth 1.9.4 with windows xp
I use Windows XP. I can't give an entire description of the problem because this happens when I'm instaling the wesnoth 1.9.4. Instalation can't be finished and also I can't play in the 1.9.4 server

check the installers (wesnoth-1.9.4-win32.exe) file size, it should be exactly 308.564.490 bytes. there's also a chance that it's corrupt. delete it and try to download it again.

I did erase and instaled it again. Same error

What language is that of yours ?
Am I mistaken or is wqy-zenhei.ttc some sort of a (Chinese) language-pack ? I might try choosing installer language English. On Linux the system language can be changed easily. (But you wouldn't have that error with Linux at all probably.)

Indeed, wqy-zenhei is a language pack on ubuntu Linux..maybe there are some unusual circumstances present on your computer regarding languages ?

the selected language won't change the files that get installed...

Check that the target drive has enough free disk space. Also that perhaps this could be a corrupted file on one of sourceforge's mirrors(that happened before) but I believe that a corrupted installer would fail much earlier than during actual copying of files.
