Ctrl-d and ctrl-t combos on Macs

Post by Cognito »

The ctrl-d and ctrl-t combos listed in the manual don't seem to work for me, though other combos, such as ctrl-f and ctrl-r work fine.

Well you do have to have your mouse over the unit when you press the button for it to work.

Yes, those combos don't work (produce no result) even when the mouse is over the unit. Simply pressing 'd' while the mouse is over the unit, however, does bring up the appropriate dialog.

Oops okay I'm stupid. For reference, the problem was caused by "System Preferences" -> "Keyboard and Mouse" -> "Turn on full keyboard access box" being checked in combination with letter keys. Even unchecking this box (without restarting) does not restore full function to the combination, but after I changed the keyboard access to being on and in combination with function keys, the ctrl-d and ctrl-t combos worked fine in BfW. Sorry.
