Download add-on until 99%

I'm trying to downloading add-on.
All is ok until 99% after all is frozen.
I'm playing whith 1.2.8 version on windows XP pro SP2
my computer is after one HUB (routeur in french)
I think the hub block dowloading but in don't understand why just after 99%

Please help me.

The last 1% is the unpacking/creation of cache. That does take most of the time, especially on windows. So be patient, it might take a little longer but eventually it will finish...

Maybe the bar should be changed to 80% 20% unpacking then we could invoke the pareto principle

FR #8777 has been there for 8 months and no interest on the Dev side... guess what it means.

If this is the case, can the progress bar be modified to reflect it?

I have had this problem also .

Also when I download a campaign which is listed as 100% working on the site. but when I try to play it it says : " an illegal unit was found". I tried downloading campaigns through the game and manually through the link given on the site but it still does not work.
Help please.

I play the latest stable version of the game on PC.
