1.1.8 fails to quit on OSX

Same problem as 1.1.7 the quit button on the main title screen does not work sometimes in fullscreen mode, in case any one was interested.

here's something wierd it seems like a delayed quit rather then a failure to quit if you get one of these then you leave for about a minute it will eventually quit.

might be interesting to run the 'process manager' thingy and see what it's up to in the gap - it may be looping unneccesarily whilst doing some housework closing wesnoth?

im not sure if i can check that myself i only got one monitor and this appearantly only happens in fullscreen mode
