The necromancers, gryphon-campaign

How do you win this Cenario? I really tried everything but I still don't win!!!

Don't attack at night
Use your gryphons to choke off their gold
Run away when you get wounded
Let the orcs do most of the work

This is a pretty straightforward scenario. I can't think of much else to suggest. Your biggest strength is mobility, so make sure to use it. I'm surprised that you're having trouble, since there are a lot of other scenarios before this one that are a lot harder (in my opinion)!

Whell, the other ones weren't too but this one is dryving me crazy!!!
I always get one enemy leader killed and then my turns are gone, or my friend get killed!!!
