You don't get to recruit outlaws or keep her around for the next few scenarios, then she shows up anyway when she unmasks at the end of the cave scenario when you find the Ruby of Fire. IIRC.

I beg you to get your acronyms correct. You've already posted one scenario feedback in a thread for a scenario of an entirely different campaign (it was already merged to the right thread).
