the undead of light

Hi, i hope that i post in the right place.
I need help for the 1st scenario of "The undead of light" (The Beggining)
difficulty = hard.
I have never enough time to kill the enemy leaders...I try to kill the leader at the top the most quickly, and after?

... I have never myself tried hard difficulty and it maybe is too hard... Maybe I should increase the turn limit?
