In that case, you could upload it along with whatever future sprite you draw.

Hi,

First, the small correction on the jeep:

And a roman tribune (lvl2 leader). Once this one will be stabilized, I will make lvl 1 and 3 versions by changing the size and adding jewels.

Looks goods, but the breastplate and legs would benefit from a higher contrast. If you add another, darker shade it would look less flat.

actually I like how they look in-game but the loyalists, yeti and dragon kind of break the immersion.

True, the goal was just to get a funny picture. Do not worry, I did not wite a campaign about killing dragons with tanks.

your making progress, the last one is not so bad

(1) your outlines are still too thick. instead of making them black or very dark, it is enough sometimes to use just a darker shade of the colour there is, like a darker shade of skine tone or TC or armour etc... instead of black

(2) the eyes of your sprites are very different to mainline sprite. i recommend to check one sprite such as footpad and check their faces. try to copy the position of the eyes. the lest eye consist of 1 white, 1 brown pixel to the left of the white pixel and one black pixel over the brown pixel. the right eye consists of one black pixel only which is like (i think) 2 pixels left and one up from the other black pixel. you might want to look into that further. it will make look your sprites more wesnoht-ish

(3) hair. check some sprites with hair. currently the hairs on your sprite look like wigs or something.
