That's really up to you. The GPL and CC BY-ND-NC enforce very different things.

I haven't really looked into the GPL in depth but I think that CC BY-NC-ND covers what I want.

But with copyrights can the copyrighter change them whenever they want, or are there restrictions around changing copyrights?

If something is released under GPL, anyone who has it can continue releasing it under GPL, no matter what you decide later.

Thank you for that! Though, personally i prefer the current sprite because it is more unique. I will see if i can improve it though, to add some visible ranged weapon on his back.

I have now implemented a new idea, tiers, in the wizards and warlords card game. Tiers basically just rank all the different cards, but the addition of them makes the cards look cooler so tell me what you think! Here is a photo of what the tiers look like:

Currently the base game has been completed. (this new version also includes many text fixes thanks to forest dragon, and a re-ordering of the cards. Some cards found in the advanced game will be in this New Base Game and some from old base game will be added to the New Advanced Game (when i make it))

Is this the Wesnoth card game I've heard of? Also I meant the sprite maybe an alternative advancement of the flanker just encase the player wanted a strong ranged pierce attack. I found this portrait so this can be used by anyone for a Goblin unit. Hope this comes to some use.

Yes this is the wesnoth card game, known as wizards and warlords. Here is the more full description. Including many more cards and rules.

Currently the new version with tiers (card rankings) is still in progress but soon all the cards will have them.

As for an alternate ranged unit: that is a good idea.

As for the portrait it looks awesome! I haven't worked on the Portrait add-on for some time but i will try to get some time to do so and this will definitely be in it! Thank you.

I hope this isn't too big but here are some portraits for some units, the Saurian one can be used for the sprites I suggested.

Well if there was a sea ruler faction (mermen, naga and sea monsters, just an idea) or something you could redo the old serpent sprite and use the portrait as it's... portrait. Also the Khalifate sprites, maybe?... Feel free anyone (who's good at redo art) change what I've started. These are just ideas.

There actually already is a quite good lvl4 rasikh sprite in Oath of Allegiance already, so making a franken-sprite for lvl4 rasikh won't be necessary.
