That looks really cool, reminds me of the Elvish Avenger a bit. By the way, how do you get the images to show up like that?

The Swordsman looks very similar to the Warrior.

Maybe this way:

the change to the two swords is more obvious then.

The Nimrod look really great now, I like idea with the sting-silencer btw.
Swordsman looks better too, though it's hard to say which of the two new versions is the best. The 1st one has a more interesting pose with the sword behind his back, but the other one is far more distinctive from lvl 1.
If you are still working on the lvl 3 (and 4) warrior I'd suggest to give him a belt or something, as his shirt looks kinda plain and he could use some TC.

I couldn't tell at first glance, but that's probably just me having a dumb moment. I do prefer the new one with the more obvious advancement.

I have taken the new one as new sprite into the addon.
Fourthermore, I have worked a bit on the L3, the Swordmaster. Better left-hand sword, a few enhancements and i thought it could be redundant if every L3 Unit has a Wolfhat, this is why I removed it in this version.
Here it is:

complete line looks like this then:

Well, I think the wolf heads are great ( ;)), but since these guys have capes, couldn't you also use the capes and shoulder-guards to show higher levels? Bigger shoulders = more trouble.

Thanks to you, doofus. ;)

I thought about giving the Leader a (special) spear as a sign of leader. the L4 has one, but maybe the L3 wants one too.
have a look: (pls ignore the few pixels at the bottom right)

It would improve the sprites if the type of sword would not change as wildly, imo. On the L3 fighter you have an Elvish champion like "cleaver"-sword together with a longsword, while the L2 has sabres / scimitars. I also imagine it very hard to notice the TC if it is only in the darkest part of the sprite (inside of the cloak).

Maybe the spear is a good place for more TC, you could say he uses the spear for signaling to his forces.

I'll try to make the sword in the left hand (longsword I guess) more like the cleaver.

I love threads like this.
I can see you slowly improving with each sprite :) Also you have not made the mistake that many (Ok, mainly me) make, that is making your sprites so radically different from one another that they don´t look like they come from the same artist, let alone belonging to the same faction.
Perhaps a little more adornment on the higher level units?
...apparenly we can't go with it or something.
