It's people . Trolls , goblins and other smaller head . The figure - skinny cave creature ... Or a small head looks bad ?

it does look bad indeed, sorry man, the style is just that way, it's not like i can do anything about it, but yeah, bigger heads look nice

Looks like you could use the first couple of frames there for the defence animation, too.

since this new unit looks almost same in pose/equipment to the lvl1 falmer, you could copy the movement for it too. also, i like your new avatar

1Flameslash The protection of personnel it will be harder to hide behind the shield . At idle it shrinks that would then jump forward stronger (which would look eerily ) .
2ForestDragon In fact , this is the lvl 1. Those Fulmer that the armor will go as the line upgrade , but you're right , the majority of Falmer is just such idle- animation. Thanks for avatar :D

the attack anim lacks a swoosh, but otherwise incredibly good, btw, will you please copy the movement of this sprite for the falmer with the same pose, but armor and green eye-like things, if you want to make this unit into the falmer line, then change his palette to green eyes and grey-ish skin, but if the gray stuff on the falmer line is the armor, then the sprite looks fine. also, small nitpick, the sprite's pant-thing are red, but they should probably be TC

EDIT: also, minor nitpick about the lvl1, his left arm (right from the image) is waaay too dark, it almost looks like pure black, could you please make it just brown?

Generally speaking , in my faction Falmer ( I change the name that would not be plagiarism ) will be brown , like this one , and the gray sprites I repainted in brown leather. It seems to me , to do the same to multiple sprites animation is boring , the unit must be unique . Soon I lay out the final version of the attack .
