I took the initiate graphic I found in the A_vision_blinded campaign and reduced the staff back to the shaman staff then added an extra attack frame (see attack 1 below) and an extra magic frame (see magic 1 below) as well as adjusting the heal animation from the shaman for the initiate graphic.

I then ported attack 1 and magic 1 back to the shaman as seen below

I then took the original staff that the initiate had, flipped it and used it to replace the staff on the wisp graphic from Druid Siege that Celtic Minstrel originally got from shadowmaster. I also adjusted her skirt to remove the slit on her skirt, then I made a defend frame and 3 magic frames for the sprite as shown in the image below.
