So constructive critism is welcome .
Anyway just tell what's wrong,good.

They are probably franken units.

Some "constructive critism"
This spearman looks like he's going to fall on his spear (look at his leg).
The noble's shield is put too far from the body. His legs are ehm... strange. He's got bare knees, but he's wearing an armour

I don't know what is it.I just drawned it crazy .

You told it to negatively. The overall looking of the units is quite good, there just a few things which could be improved.

fall on his spear (look at his leg).

I think his left arm is to long if you make the spear nearer his body it will look better.
Another thing referring to the noble, his upper shield border is not a thick as it is for example on the left or the right side.

-I changed the arm and spear position
-A little bit changed his legs.

This unit is too high.
Quite good proportions , but the shading is done badly in my opinion, and also its left hand is put too low.

I liked the second version better. If you use the last one you have to care about his arm position. I can hardly tell what it is, but it looks a bit strange.

Your units look good. The second version of the spearman is best(in my opinion), but, as pe_em mentioned, the spear should be nearer to his body.
About your 2-headed unit: It is too symmetrical, would be better if it faces to south-east direction, also legs could be thicker.

I like the guys with glowing eyes, but all these last sprites are way too dark. You can't see any shading, so they look flat. You should take a look at the dark adept up close. It's the darkest mainline unit, but the highlights are drawn in this light-green color:

You should use a palette of colors ranging from black to something like this.
