Re: Elvish units
Here is the range attack. I really hope it is the last one. (How many attack animations drew I ? )

Re: Elvish units
That's why animators usually use simple shapes to block out their animations and get feedback before they draw all the details.

Re: Elvish units
Here is the new melee attck animation including vyncyn's suggestions:
I also want to redo the huntsman because it wasn't so unique and looked a bit odd.
Does anybody have an idea?
Now no time to fix the afterimage bug of the staff, please don't mentioned this.

Re: Elvish units
The afterimage in the animation should show while the staff swing, so it be in frame 2 and 3 (i think) and be more transparent, just take look at some mainline units.
If you want to change the huntsman i would suggest to move his right arm, so the sword doesn't overlap with the body. If you want to redo it completly, a different pose might make it more unique(for example let his upper body or feet face a bit more sidewards).

Re: Elvish units
Yesterday I didn't had the time to fix the afterimage, I knew that it was wrong.
Hope you like it.
Re: Elvish units
I can guess what should be there as I have had some training with that type of weapon, but there should be more frames, currently it jumps too much.

Re: Elvish units
I know that the animation jumped to much but if you take the speed in the game it looks ok I think.
If anybody wants to use it here are the single frames.

Re: Elvish units
With this speed it is much better.
I like both new versions more.
