I've started working on a sprite for Celylia:

Just a frankie.

However, the pose seems akward, but I don't know if it's because of the legs or the staff.

I think it's the staff. It's tilted to the right a little too far. Thus, it doesn't have any shadow. If that doesn't solve the problem, it could be the leg that is bent backwards. Try to put it into standing position. A leg with that pose would be more likely used for a flying unit, which this one doesn't look like.

One other thing (even though it's one of the smallest matters) is that it lacks team color. You might want to consider adding team color to the belt.

Other than that, this is a very nice sprite, even for a frankie. Good work!
