But don't fix them yet, artisticdude, there are some changes I need to do on them first

I'll edit this later and post the goblins, but here's the great ogre I made for fun

That won't be his in-game pose, it would be more like... a dialogue pose... I'll start the animations and post the goblins tomorrow

It looks like an in-game pose to me. Base frames aren't supposed to be very aggressive. The belt seems a touch high--a belly that big would be distinguished more from the waste rather than just curving into it, and the belt would sit underneath. Also, the legs are faced directly forward when the body isn't. I like him a lot otherwise.

I, for one, think it's pretty cool! :) You should present it to Eros/Elvish_hunter for The Sojournings of Grog, their great ogre was in bad need for a remake last time I played it ;)

The belt should curve the other way at the top - so it follows the line of the stomach. Otherwise, that looks very cool. I'd also maybe be inclined to give him just a little more deltoid.

:o Wow, nice work Monroid.

It would depend on the level of obesity you are aiming for in this guy, but one thing you might want to try is have the belly actually sagging over the belt.

Thanks a lot for the feedback on the Great Ogre, I will make some fixes on him soon!

Here is the orcish slaver line, with whip and sword/greatsword attacks

And then an unfinished whip attack motion for the Slaver or Slavemaster or Overseer, or whatever... the lv 1 over there will be the Warden

I think that the armor shakes a bit too much and I still have to add motion blurs and the banner... but it will have to wait since I'm now going to rework the Great Ogre

I think you could stand to take a look at some slow motion images/video of whips being cracked. That looks quite wrong to me. Also, yeah, the skull on the shoulder bobs up and down a lot. Otherwise, this is a good, smooth animation.

I could probably find you some mainline work if you're interested.

Yeah, I found one video that showed Adam Winrich making cracking a 6 foot nylon cow whip... I wanted to make a more of a "slashy" movement, but if it really looks weird then I'll make it look like Adam's moves (the first one specialy, I'd say... I can't picture an orc making a "voley" to hit his enemies... it would make a wicked idle animation tho)

I was trying to make a Goblin Pillager, but I got stuck on making the wolf spin 40° to the left... I might try it again, but if there's anything else I can do to help, I'd be really glad to

Oh! Right! I remembered that I "fixed" the leg, how does it look now? I'll add the belt later!

Oh, I forgot, it's because I saved it on Bitmap and it's not supported here, and since I was used to JPG up the other stuff I made to make them lighter I forgot to put this one as a PNG... heh, here's ther "real" one :)

I'll get that marauder finished tomorrow, I swear. :annoyed: I can be sooo incredibly lazy at times.

@Monroid: phew, good to hear. :)

With regards to the ogre, you may want to lighten the shadows on his chest, because at first glance I thought he had breasts. :hmm: Perhaps you could add a bit more texture to the belly, but that's just my opinion.

You should totally try doing something for mainline. You've got skill, man. :)

Monroid: you could do with some highlights on his belly - it's a little flat right now.
