I wonder whether you might not be better rethinking where the TC goes on the sniper. The whole point of a Ghillie suit like that is camouflage - colouring it in bright colours sorta defeats the object of having it at all. By the way, AWESOME work on that Ghillie suit. I'll have to take a good close look at how you did that, the texture is brilliant - maybe just a touch flat, though.

Seconding that. I actually have a cheat sheet of sprite tricks saved on my computer, a bunch of texture squares cut from sprites and labeled "fur" or "metal studded" or "metal silver reflective" and whatnot. This is going on there as "camo/organized rough/feather".

The sprites are as cool as ever :)
One good pose for the sniper could be somehing like the guy on the left in this picture, I have two others in mind and will post them as soon as I find them or take a picture - I'm not suggesting you alter them, just want to give a reference in the case you'd be doing some more firearms-pose sprites :)

Also I don't mean to nitpick but the name sniper should go to the lvl3 - perhaps its different in swedish army, but the marksman/sharpshooter is mostly considered just a common specialist in the squad, while the sniper is something along special forces due to his training and different use - just my 2 cents.
You are an Orcish Grunt: cheap, powerful, but effective.

I think that idea of this faction is to become less like classical army as it levels up. However I think that the names all sound pretty army-like, therefore I would suggest changing the names of at least the lvl3 to something more fantasy.
Maybe its intended, but I find the sniper line not much changing during level-ups and not taking enough fantasy themed-stuff. The truth is I am not sure what could I suggest. Maybe giving him some archer-like bracers or some cloak. Maybe few strapes of armor(like say a shoulder guard). Having him wear cape instead of the hat - or maybe having him wear both, which sounds kind of fun.
Anyway I love the faction and cant wait to see the campaign :)
Darkness beyond twilight,
More crimson than the blood that flows,
Lost in the depths of time,
I call upon thy name!

Since people werent quite satisfied with the snipers, i edited them a bit. I gave the ghillie suit some brown colours and spiced up the lv3 a bit. The attack-icon where quite ugly too, so i redid it and also added the melee attack-icon: hitting the enemy with the stock.
To convince The Space Invader that TCing the ghillie suit is a good idea I present them here in green, the TC thought to be used in the campaign.

The team also looks good in white, brown, black and orange. The team looks less good in the other TCs

If someone got better idéas on what to call the lv2 and lv3, please don hesitate to tell me.

That looks fair enough - but it's worth remembering that most MP games will be red and blue... Breaking it up with some neutral brown is cool, too =)

Mabe one of them could be kneeling, aiming with his rifle, and another in prone position.

That would look hilarious when moving... :P

But it's a good idea.

Note the lack of a gentle gradient on the colors at the lower end of the red, blue, and purple TC lines especially. I pulled these from in-game some time ago to try to help with my TCing because the magenta scale I used in the sprite didn't have the same shade gradient in-game. The green is actually the closest (among the colors I sampled, didn't do them all) to the magenta scale you draw with. You sometimes have to use different shading depending on which TC color you intend to use, for example if you want a red or blue TC for your campaign, you need to use greater contrast in your shading as a smoother gradient will wash out in these colors. I assume nothing has changed with the TC definitions since then, so hope this is of some help to you.
