Perspective must be applied to the Hoplite's plume. Spellsword's aura might look better if it were more saturated. Magic auras have a tendency to look saturated in human visual spectrums as seen in almost every fantasy artwork ever. :P

Besides that, not bad. Pretty neat frankensteins. You've certainly improved a lot since your first art posts here.

Oh and another thing, the champion's head looks too small and too low down.

I did try the plume shading but left it since I couldn't find myself a good example. I'll look in the graphics library again though. I'll also fix the Hoplite's tallness and the Champion's head, and play around a bit with the aura on the Spellswords.

"The hoplite's right arm needs work. It does a weird curve right now."
I also think. I think the elbow is too high also.
The head is rather small. Perhaps slightly raise the hair.
The L2, thanks to the helmet, have not the problem of small head.

The free arm of flamerager is a little strange. Looks like he is wearing a thick glove or is clawed. I suppose this is not the case ?

Myors hunter : the blade is not aligned with the handle. Or the blade should be curved ?

other than that, these units are beautiful.

I'll fix most of that. The hunter's blade is meant to have a slant/curve in it though.

So it should bend over ... I think

Made some fixes on the Hoplite line, and added the Lv 1 Kalibaar Pyromancer and their Centaur support. Still have some other fixes to do though, and the adding of shadows for the centaurs.

Thanks :) I might make the Lv 1 Centaur a Lv 2 and add a new LV 1 at some point. Now only the Lv 2 Pyromancer, Lv 2 Archer, the Kalibaar Firebow, and the Kiari cavalry unit and every faction will have their first units.

Perhaps you could change the warcaller's and lord's bottoms. The Warcaller looks much more fancy = higher level.

When I read that I first thought... never mind. :P

But I agree with SFault, the trappings disappear on the higher level unit, which seems a bit counterintuitive [/big_word].

I see what you mean, I'll probably just get rid of the lower level one's decorations.

One thing, I am looking for someone who could code this era for me. My other coder has not responded in a while and seems to be inactive (plus even if not another coder wouldn't hurt). Please PM me if you are interested.

Nothing new here, just fixes. New horse half for the lower level centaur (but he'll probably upgraded to level 2 still though), more dramatic thunder for the Thunderbringer, saddles on the Spellblade line. I had a Lv 2 Kiari Archer but my PC crashed and I lost it. Hopefully a remade one will come soon though.

Still have the knight line to fix some and then more new units.

Warcaller's head needs work. It's face needs to look more metallic, if it's protected, If not, you need to better define the edge of the helmet.

That thunderbringer's thunder is looking much better.
