The bottom of the minotaur seems too much face.
But above all : A minotaur without shoes ????????
And then I would bend his legs like : http://www.wizards.com/dnd/images/MM35_ ... PG189a.jpg

The minotaur probably needs less human bones, try merging human and yak bones together or something like that.

Wow. Fourth page already. *whistles* I've been slack.

Finaly managed to break my habit of STIFF poses in my sprites. I made a random suit of armour with a crown.
No weapons as of yet, any suggestions?

Its left (our right) leg should be flipped so the figure seems balanced - keep the foot at the same angle though. Also, the elbows and lower arms look really really thin, and I'm not certain the joints quite make sense. Otherwise not bad. Good contrast, reasonably clear lighting and structure. nice work.

Better. Looking at it now, however, I think the angle of the lower leg should be closer to vertical, and he needs a little more thigh - keeping the foot where it is.

And if that's a flail, it's about to hit him on the head. Dynamic base frames like that are difficult.

The plates on his thighs are supposed to cover them although I probably didn't pull that off very well.

Redline shows current limb positions. HIS left thigh is currently WAY too short and very vertical - it looks like his knee's dislocated. Greenline shows suggested limb position. Probably the foot could come down a pixel or two, too.

I bent the knee the other way like in your diagram and changed the mace n' chain around. Better?

Much. Nice work. I'd still suggest that the flail hang down rather than floating without visible support, but at least this way it doesn't seem to be about to fall on his head =)
