Post by tuahaa »

Well, first off, I'm going to tell you what I can offer

-bad sprites
-average Frankensteins with edits
-Skills of a guy who can only do stuff like this on weekends due to school

An example of a scratch-made sprite (no shadow made yet) is attached

After coming back after a couple of hours, I realized that skull on the goblin's spear is awkward and a bit blurred... and is he holding that torch a bit weirdly?

The first beast looks odd, what is it supposed to be based on ? Kinda reminds me of a teddy bear for some reason.

The goblin guy is better, but as you say the back of the skull lacks outlines and the face is buried partly under his clothes (the bottom bit). The flame is also not great (I know it comes from a real unit, but I think that unit is getting updated anyway).

Yeah, the flame with a trail means he's waving it around (or it's being carried along by a guy riding a giant wolf). So either get rid of the tail or move it a bit away from his head so he doesn't burn his ears off.
