Thank you both.

I didn't think anything. But maybe it could turn into sergeant or maybe I'll do a full line for the hero...

I'm going to use your demon (the wingless one) for that same campaign if you don't mind. :D

Nice that looks really great, he looks unique while still fitting with the Orcish style! Are you planning on making any 'advancement' sprites?

Yes. I think that is quite lvl2 and I had an idea to make a lvl 3 version. I guess I should also make lvl1 unit then?

btw. Thought about the peasant hero. Seems quite good for lvl 0 unit to advance into sergeant and/or thief.

the orcs looks nice, but I think it would be a good idea to make their helmets use a similar palette to that of the armor (though it might make the sprite more monotone color-wise, not sure)

Had an idea of a ratman while ago. Finally, I had some time and flow to try it out. Turned out quite ok but I think it seems bit unreadable.

Now that's a nice looking sprite. I particularly like the ears.

However, the tail looks a little stiff, although I'm not sure how that could be changed, short of animating it.
