So you know for the Wargs by the way,

little wolfie sprites were updated. They look much, much, much cooler now. :D

And also, an excellent feature of the forums is that you can edit your posts with the Edit button in the top right corner.
As far as I know this lets you put in more pictures without DP'ing.

EDIT: Oh yeah. Little wolfie sprites were updated in mainline.

Ah! Good to know. And also good to know about getting more pics by editing, I'll keep that in mind.

Okay, the other shadow fixes:

I think that's transparent shadows for all the warg units that didn't have them now.

Some of these have soft shadows and some hard, still not sure which they should be, the other EOM sprites I looked at mostly, at least, had soft ones. I would up going with whichever one they already had, it the solid shadow was one shade, a hard shadow, and if it faded lighter, I just colorerased the white from it. That way, either way I may need to fix them, I have the best chance of needing to do the least work. :lol2:

Hard shadows are a must for mainline; hard shadows at 60% opacity with colour (22,0,52).

Yeah, I have no idea if EOM is ever going into mainline (of if it does, if the shadows will still be that way by then), I have the xcf files, though and can change them if I hear they need it (and I can share those too if anyone wants them).

tyvm for your efforts so far catgirl_ranger. I always appreciate people working to better the EoM.

Reepurr, I cannot say for sure at the moment, but your sprite looks quite small.

I didn't like that Crusader anyway. I improved a Therian Aura Master's armour...
The armour has been dimmed slightly and adapted slightly, to avoid whiteout.

Sweet. Mind if I graft that armour onto the TC-robed edit I did? I figure if anybody does find a use for it, they also like the option of the less glare-y armour. (and I like the shoes better.)

Sure, but if I were you I'd darken the robe (manually of course) to match the darkened armour.

Keeper with TC and a few minor improvements. If you're okay with this JW, I'll start on the animations.

An uninvited guest appears. Whaaaaat?

Celestials! My second attempt at spriting, for massive damage.
I wanted to say so much more, but I'm no good with words, I prefer to let my work speak for me. I'll just break it down into bullets:

Critical Notes
1)all cfg's are optional, but the light-spirit animation sequence and male-female messenger coding is in there too. Sorry about the stat tweaking, I couldn't help myself. You'll have to dig through to find what you want...

2)The light spirit is animated. Yes, after dozens of grueling tests, it finally flies. cfg files are included to make this work.

3)Messengers now come in male and female. Cfg files are included to make this work.

4)Zealots were re-colored to match thematically, they are otherwise the same as before. Oh, and a sicarius.

5)the "crusaderhero" is just a unique bonus sprite I threw in.

Also, this is about the extent of my skill. If there is something wrong, please assume that I don't or didn't see it.

Umm, these are my custom cfg's. They are... tweaked. You will need the light_spirit.cfg to get the anims to work.

Hmmm, nice. I'll try to get this in today. After committing this stuff and cleaning up some stuff, maybe I'll make a release tomorrow or on Tuesday.

Thank you for your condolences :P . I have a question; is EoM dead or alive? Most of the EoM threads seem to be... buried a bit.

Now that I have a question, here's some art to distract you from it. Just a few revisions for the vampires. Some make you wonder why they weren't done sooner, others are take-it-or-leave-it.

1) The flesh artisan had some artifacts that caused an unsightly purple seam to crop up. I suspect someone used the paintbrush tool there instead of the pencil. It's fixed. Makes you wonder why it wasn't fixed sooner. (was this sprite due to be replaced?)

2) Proper malborn sprites. They look different from bloodborn now, which is a good thing.

3) Poisoned dagger icon for units who use poisoned daggers. (Twilight Walker & Malborn)
Attack icon for poison dagger. I really wanted an appropriate icon.

4) Blood hulk gets a cleaver now, ogre style. The old axe looked frankensteined from something else. Take-it-or-leave-it.

5) Sword dancers got a double-bladed sword now. Take-it-or-leave-it.

EDIT: 6) Forgot to do the shadows. Will do shadows someday...
