Cool, thanks. I'll try to change the Thin Blood to a Blood Apprentice, shouldn't take me more then an hour I hope.

Done. Would probably work better as a Blood Manipulator than an apprentice though.

These are frickin awesome. Fledgling is perfect, but the apprentice seemed a little off-balance, and a little tall for a human-sized guy, so i tried tweaking him...

Thanks Megane. I figured that I could make him a few pixels taller due to his hood. I cut his height down by 3 pixels this time.
Currently working on the duelist, might have it done in an hour or so.

Duelist. Probably the last sprite I'll be doing for tonight. Also gave the Fledgeling a *very* slight color change.

the duelist's head seems a bit detached from the body, like the neck is horizontal.

Wow i like the apprentice and the thin blood. good imrpovements on the current ones IMHO. though there is something bugging me about the Fledgeling. Hmm i think its his right arm, it looks a little short.

but still great work on the others :D

Me too!

These will all surely be in the next release! I love what you're doing with the style - keep it up!

-edit-
Would it be possible for you to make the Noble a couple pixels larger? (without changing the form)

Melon, why do they stand like the soldiers from FIRE EMBLEM ?

Or they are pretty at the same position as well.
Whatever...

Well, I just spent about half an hour looking for fire emblem images, and if you're implying that he's basing his art on copyrighted work, I just don't see it. The stance for the Fledgling was pretty close to one image I found, but it also looked nothing like the sprite other than its stance. So, if this is your implication, I just don't see it. Also, there are only so many ways a person can stand. 8)

If you're trying to say only that their stances happen to be similar, I don't think that's a problem at all as they don't appear to be copied sprites, and they do look pretty great. Using a stance as a reference from which to draw, if he even did that, is a perfectly fine thing to do.

Keep it coming: these are great! :D The noble change was good.

I've learned spriting a year ago by analyzing the fire emblem animations, so the style is very familiar to me. However No copying took place in the creation of any of the sprites in this thread. For most part these are scratch-built. If it really offends everyone then I can change the sprites to have a completely different stance, though that would probably take me a few extra hours.
