Portraits ´n stuff for beginners
Ok, the idea is to learn some basic skills of computer drawing and painting through the process of careful observation, editing and frankensteining of existing portraits.
This could be helpful not only to beginner artists who are yet unable to draw and color decent portraits from scratch by themselves, but also to those skilled artists who seem unable to make even simple edits to their great sketches once they have been digitized, withouth having to go back to the pen and paper (this is an unacceptable waste of time and talent).
A couple of examples provided to get the ball rolling.

IMO the face and the vest on the second goblin are a step backwards, but the sleeves, spear and glove are a significant improvement. I'm of two minds re: the hair.

I like the vest but I agree that the face is a bit too messy. I see the concept - trying to make the goblin look rugged, but it looks like he had his face dragged through barbed wire only he didn't bleed - so it looks a bit odd. More definied features and less messiness on the face and that goblin would look awesome.
The Conrad update is cool.
