Interesting. That's not a unit though, that's just a unit sprite. It's not a unit until you develop stats for him. What makes this unit unique and interesting?

the WML for that "Time Staff" wouldn't be too difficult.
Basicly you'd need to store the unit he attacks, remove it from the map, preferable with some nice halo animation. You then check every time a turn starts if there are units stored that got hit and need to be warped back in the game.
But don't ask me to write it. I just know it should be possible!

A frost mage: good move and defence on snow and ice, cold ranged attack (maybe some "ice touch" for melee as well), on level three can cast a mini-blizzard, that also slows. Looks like the Father Frost of Slavic folklore. Maybe an "Ice Queen" female version
