Demons and Imps, royal armies of hell - suggestions welcome

I'd like em to be part of the hell faction, to add more colors to it.

Jinns can be good or bad according to different legends but Ifrits are definitely hellish (other games such as FF and Heroes might and magic also suggest this). And taking one step back Ifrits are definitely evolved from jinns, so that's my logic for putting them in. There's another upgraded jinn and perhaps an ifrit upgrade for this line.

I feel like I have to stop making new ones and animate the older ones

A place holder is something that holds a place for something else, in this context it's an image that is good enough to show but that will be replaced by an even better one later.

Shadow demon is amazing. Others...less so. The red on your demons is monochromatic, and should be more mottled-ish (check one of the standard units). Also, the bright colors of the flesh and armor are incredibly discordant.

But, I'm not a very good artist, so ignoring me might be a good idea.

You might be refering to the earlier versions of the demons. For each of them I've added things and dulled armor colors. I'm pretty set on how they look now, though.
