Over in the Imperial Era, I believe there was a discussion about maybe including the clockwork dwarves in one of the eras. Turin?

You can all do whatever you think is best with them!
Of course you can help Neorice! Iv'e seen your work and its all great!
Anyway, for the new designs i figure:
Clockwork assassin -
Now not robots, but rather black clad dwarves carrying (this is the bit i like) a syringe of chemical for one (or two as levels) big hits and for long range weaponry, a few small glass balls containing a poisonous gas that will injure and inflict slow.
Clockwork Gunner -
Shoulder mounted, increasingly gating gun contraption as level up. As dwarves are not renowned for their sharp shooting skills, they make up for it with quantity of shot (a large number of weak attacks of weak attacks).
Perhaps on higher levels the dwarf will have to sacrifice an arm to carry such contraptions
Clockwork itinerant -
I havn't got a CLUE
