I am not sure it is the head that is too big so much the neck that is too long. Consider the hack job below for reference where all I have done is cut and paste the head lower. The head could be a bit smaller, but it really needs to be much lower I think.

It's true that the head was definitely too high in relation to the shoulders and torso, but now the head is about 1/3 of the total hight. So with human-size head, the guy would be towering 75 cm tall.

Hey Searge you are right but the head is useable I will probably throw the rest away and start again. 8)
