VS Code - WML Syntax highlightning

This is a simple WML syntax highlighter for Microsofts Visual Studio Code editor.

The file contains two extensions:
1. the wml language support
2. and an optimized color theme

By default, the extensions go into the C:\Users\*user*\.vscode\extensions folder.
