New Ability:-Defend
Perhaps certain units could have a "defend" ability, whereby your unit goes into a state of complete defense, if attacked he has no ability to fightback, however the enemies attack is reduced to %30 or %40, depending on terrain.

Attacker's hit chance is halved.
Attacker's damage is halved.
Both.
Defender's does not attack back.
Defender's number of strikes is halved.
Maybe:
If unit does not move during a turn attacker hit chance is halved. Reasoning: when units do not move they improve their defense.
Or all of above *grin*
